Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is in its original condition, unworn, and unused.

  • The product is returned in its original packaging with all certificates and tags attached.

  • Your request is initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Photos and Videos of the product are required for return & refund.

2. The "Seal of Trust" Requirement

Important: Every piece of jewelry we ship is fitted with a proprietary "Seal of Trust." This seal serves as a guarantee of the item's authenticity and its brand-new condition.

Returns will not be accepted if the "Seal of Trust" has been tampered with, broken, or removed from the product. Please ensure you are satisfied with the item before removing this seal.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (if the seal "Seal of trust" is broken).

  • Customized or personalized jewelry.

  • Items purchased during "Final Sale" events.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at care.prakoon@gmail.com, care@prakoon.in with your order number and photos/Videos of the item.

  2. Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will send you a Return Authorization and a shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Inspection: Upon receiving the package, our quality assurance team will inspect the item and the Seal of Trust.

5. Refunds

  • Approval: If the inspection is successful, your refund will be processed immediately.

  • Method: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Timeline: Most refunds appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you, provided the Seal of Trust remains intact.

  • No exchanges are entertained.
