Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: All orders are processed and dispatched within 48–72 working hours.

  • Customized Jewelry: For personalized or made-to-order pieces, please allow 7–10 business days for production before dispatch.

  • Holidays: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Timelines

We partner with reputed couriers (such as BlueDart, Delhivery, and Ecom Express) to ensure timely delivery:

  • Domestic (India): Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Metros: Usually delivered within 2–4 business days.

  • Remote Areas: May take up to 10 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499. For orders below this amount, a nominal flat fee of ₹50 applies.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A convenience fee of ₹100 is charged for all COD orders to cover additional handling by our logistics partners.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order shimmers its way out of our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, and WhatsApp. You can use this link to monitor your package in real-time.

5. Packaging & Safety

  • Tamper-Proof Packaging: Your jewelry is packed in durable, tamper-evident boxes to ensure it arrives exactly as it left us.

  • Inspection: We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video. If the outer package appears damaged or the "Seal of Trust" is broken upon arrival, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.

6. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please email us at care@prakoon.in & care.prakoon@gmail.com within 6 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner to provide a full refund or a replacement. For items damaged during transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with your unboxing video for a swift resolution.
